Facilities Related to Simplified Procedures: On-site customs clearance for exports: The ability to conduct export procedures from own facilities without presenting export products to the export customs administration.
Authorized sender: The ability to ship transit goods from own facilities without submitting them to the departure customs administration.
Authorized consignee: The ability to bring imported goods directly to their facilities or a location where import procedures can be performed, and to finalize transit procedures at these facilities.
On-site customs clearance for imports: The ability to send imported goods to own facilities without taking them to the import customs administration and to perform import procedures there.
- Ease of bonded transactions: Option to provide lump-sum collateral instead of separate collateral for each transaction.
- Invoice Declaration convenience: Ability to issue Invoice Declaration and EUR. MED Invoice Declaration regardless of the value of the goods.
- Ease of declaring with missing documents: Option to declare with missing documents.
Facility during overland transport procedures: Ability to benefit from the green lane during overland transport procedures.
- Declaration with Missing Documents: Option to declare with missing documents during overland transport procedures.
- Reduced Document Checks or Subject to Inspection: Ability to be subject to fewer document checks or inspections.
- Priority Processing Convenience: Ability to prioritize document checks or inspections when they are required. These facilities enable Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) holders to expedite customs procedures more quickly and efficiently.
HSSE
The HSSE certificate is an important document that encompasses occupational health and safety, environment, and quality management. This document is prepared in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems standards and has international validity. The HSSE certificate aims to ensure the safety of employees in workplaces, protect the environment, and enhance quality. The HSSE certificate covers key topics such as management responsibility, maintenance activities, emergency management, training and behaviors, accident prevention, information, and documentation. These topics are essential to ensuring that individuals working in high-risk environments are in a safe working environment. Therefore, the HSSE certificate represents high standards in occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and quality management.
